Macreddin Stables

This region of Ireland is the Home of the Irish Horse. The fertile limestone soils and mild climate have produced rich green pastures and our love of horses, great horsemanship and internationally renowned breeding skills have made Ireland synonymous with the horse. Macreddin is set the midst of a truly spectacular Wicklow Valley.

We offer delightful trekking through Macreddin Woods and through magnificent unspoilt Wicklow countryside surrounding the village.

Horse riders, both beginners and experienced can avail of the Equestrian Centre at Macreddin where trail riding, trekking or hacking can be arranged.

Treks

Macreddin treks run over 300 acres of woodlands and riverside trails.
