Part Time/Full Time Sales Executive
Job description: We are looking for someone in the Dublin area to visit companies on our behalf and extol the virtues of The BrookLodge & Macreddin Village as a perfect venue for meetings and corporate activities. The position can be on a full or part time basis and may suit someone who has a young family.
Commis Chef
Job description: to be passionate about food and willing to learn and take direction from the senior chefs. Daily duties will includepreparing and producing food for the section to which you are assigned to a high standard. Minimizing waste and assisting in service to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Senior Receptionist
Job description: To ensure that guests receive a warm welcome and are looked after during their stay. You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of reception, including preparation of bills, reservations and telephone handling.
