Wild&Slow is now Europe’s largest Wild Foods Festival and is dedicated solely to the education and conservation of our wonderful Irish wild foods heritage. It falls at a perfect time of year with the closing of the wild food harvesting season and the opening of our wild game season. Wild&Slow2012, attracted over 5,000 to its unique Wild Foods Street Market, 1,700 people attended over 22 Wild Foods Master Classes and as always the unique Wild Food Dinner sold out!

Wild&Slow2014 promises to be no different…just with more Wild Foods Stalls at the Street Market, more Wild Foods Master Classes, but unfortunately still the same amount of places available for the unique Wild Food Dinner! Here’s a unique opportunity to enjoy and graze at the Wild Foods Street Market, warming your hands at the wood braziers, tasting a mulled elderberry wine, filling a bag full of goodies to take home and learning everything there is to know about wild Irish foods by attending as many Wild Foods Workshops as possible over the two days. Now all we need is a couple of those crisp November days that Ireland is famous for and that Wild&Slow has become synonymous with…!
